Rushcliffe Borough Council has today approved an application for the demolition of an existing building and erection of 3 storey, 66 bed care home for older people with associated access, car parking and landscaping at the site of the former Landmere Nursing Home, Ruddington Lane, West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire NG11 7DD.
